He has experience with a wide variety of projects in both commercial and industrial settings. After 14 years in Southern California, Reed moved home to the Pacific Northwest in 2023 to join G3 builders. Known for his problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail, Reed takes a team-oriented approach to every project he works on, ensuring that design goals are met while staying within budgetary and schedule constraints.

In addition, he has assisted in completing government projects for the state of Washington. Alex joined G3 in March of 2019 and has worked in the construction industry since 2015.

Jake Soukup founded G3 builders in 2017 with a long track record of successful general contracting leadership and a deep appreciation for the life sciences industry. Inspired by the critical work being done by his clients, Jake saw every job as an opportunity to build a lasting relationship and make the world a better place.

While we lost Jake too soon in 2022, his impact is felt in everything we do at G3 builders. Dedicated to providing exceptional construction services, Jake led with kindness, empathy, and enthusiasm; always putting people first. These core principles are the foundation of our firm, and we’re proud to continue his work and honor his legacy.
