Founder, Owner
Lauren co-founded G Three Builders with Jake Soukup in 2017. With a background in nursing (RN), Lauren brings a unique perspective to the construction industry — one rooted in care, precision, and putting people first. As owner, she sets the vision and culture that define G3.
Bret Downing
President
Bret has led commercial construction projects for 32+ years. As President of G3, he sets the standard for how the company works with clients — direct communication, honest estimates, and staying involved long after the ribbon cutting.
Aaron McKernan
Field Supervision
With 25 years of field experience, Aaron specializes in life sciences and technically demanding construction. His hands-on leadership and attention to detail ensure quality and safety on every jobsite.
Michael Eglin
Field Supervision
Michael runs field operations with 16 years of experience in commercial construction. He focuses on value engineering and keeping work on schedule — finding better ways to build without cutting corners.
